They find it funny usually and I guess Jonah took this one and ran with it. I LOVE his creativity. 

His face looks sad and the hat therefor looks like a dunce cap someone else put on him, but he did it himself and he was loving it, until we tried to take his picture I guess.

Well, the up side is that myiPod nano is now very very clean. The down side is that is doesn't work at all. I killed it dead. So very sad, especially given the fact that it is my running buddy. Our morning has started out with one of my favorite activities...me making food! MMMM. Currently, I am making doughnuts and the kids are watching caartoons. Soon we will switch to the Macy's parade and I will sit on my butt for a while too. They are all getting so big that we thought it would be fun to document their sizes right now. Addie is 2 weeks shy of being 5yrs old. Mayzie is 6 and change, Jonah is just over 2.5 and D is almost 8 months. They are all growing up right before our eyes. So fun!
Mayzie is 52.6Adeline is 38.6Jonah is 34lbs.At his last appointment Mr D was 16lbs.

After a BIG purging session, in which I have gone through all the kid's clothes and toys (with and without them), the kids came to me today looking for their musical instruments. This is one toy grouping that didn't make the cut. They are played with now and then, but not enough to warrant keeping a whole tun of things, so I gave them away, without telling the kids. Doh!

Her idea was wonderful, but I never thought I would try to implement it for my own kid. I just figured it wouldn't work. Well here I stand at 10:00 at night baking a cake on the hottest day of the year here in Portland, all for the binki fairy charade.

David has been a good sleeper from the beginning. Our neighborhood is the best! Not only do we live just a half block from the elementary school and local park (and another 2 blocks from a different park), but we have the very best neighbors too!!! Baby Boy Carleton! Born at 3:40 this AM, measuring 20 inches and tipping the scales at 9 pounds, 4 ounces. 

Took him him to OHSU at 3 this afternoon to do an ultrasound to measure his kidneys and a VCUG to check his bladder. The results were pretty much the best possible outcome!
